Been using them for a couple years always helpful & I don’t feel like I’m overpaying. Even fixed a sprinkler head I hit and broke with the lawnmower free of charge while they were out starting up the system. On his knees digging up dirt with his bare hands to reattach it, didn’t change the quoted price to start up the system for the year. I’d definitely recommend them.

These guys (and gal) are great. They are experts on irrigation systems. They are prompt in starting up in spring and winterization in the fall. They did repairs in a timely manner and the prices are reasonable. They are friendly and care for their customers. I have called on them frequently to identify problems and fix them. I moved into this house three summers ago and knew nothing about sprinkler systems. I highly recommend this company.

We opened up our sprinkler system only to realize we had a major leak. We contacted Sprinkler Authority and Lindsey contacted us and set up an appointment. The problem was diagnosed and fixed only to realize there was a second issue. Ben returned the next day and repaired the second leak. Professionalism and Outstanding Service!I have used Sprinkler Authority three times. Today I called for emergency service. My irrigation system had a disaster leak right next to the shut off valves. The water was about 5 - 6 inches deep when I discovered it. Ben was quick to respond with a pleasant attitude, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. What a relief! He fixed it in no time as he explained to me what was wrong. I asked if I have any problem tomorrow, would they be available. He said they would be right out.
