Look no further. I can not say enough about this company. I am so happy I found a true honest business. Husband & wife own this company & are a great team.
I had a huge leak I thought the sea was parting in the ground. I googled irrigation repair Sprinkler Authority popped up. The lady who took the call was so nice & knew exactly what I was trying to describe as what I thought was the issue. Ben came out fixed the shut off value faster then water drying in a desert. Then we discovered another issue long after he was gone. Called them back & bam fixed the other issue in the 2nd sprinkler box. All is working grass, plants & shrubs couldn’t be happier. We couldn’t be happier. 👍🏻

Sprinkler Authority was amazing from start to finish. They quickly provided a quote and identified that a dying tree and its roots were causing the problem. With my busy schedule and upcoming military leave for the rest of the month, I didn't have the time to deal with the issue myself, and I certainly didn't want to come home to a dead lawn.
The entire team handled everything remotely and made the process incredibly easy without requiring me to be present. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable.

Ben was great. I called him on a Sunday with a major flood in my back yard. He walked me through a couple of steps over the phone and then came out the next day to see what was happening. I bought a home and the old owners disregarded the irrigation system. Ben replaced all the valves, and came back to reset and program the box.

Understand he is a one man show! And a whole lot of people are calling him. I am very thankful for him coming over and helping me. I’d recommend him in a heart beat.

Absolutely amazing company! I've use Ben several times and he is wonderful. For people that are somewhat handy. You can either have them do the work, or they can explain to you what's wrong so that you can do it yourself! Ben is very easy to work with and and even help me with my kitchen faucet even though they don't do it . Highly recommend them, great customer service, and I love how you can text message them because I'm not big on talking on the phone. Reasonable, honest pricing and I will always go to them for irrigation issues . Thank you Ben and staff at Sprinkler Authority!

Been using them for a couple years always helpful & I don’t feel like I’m overpaying. Even fixed a sprinkler head I hit and broke with the lawnmower free of charge while they were out starting up the system. On his knees digging up dirt with his bare hands to reattach it, didn’t change the quoted price to start up the system for the year. I’d definitely recommend them.

These guys (and gal) are great. They are experts on irrigation systems. They are prompt in starting up in spring and winterization in the fall. They did repairs in a timely manner and the prices are reasonable. They are friendly and care for their customers. I have called on them frequently to identify problems and fix them. I moved into this house three summers ago and knew nothing about sprinkler systems. I highly recommend this company.
